Try eating about 30-40 grams of fiber per day and drinking 6-8 glasses of water every day to help ease constipation.

Myth #3: Exercise Will Make Them Worse

Eating a healthy, rich in fiber and getting a lot of regular exercises is good for your digestive system and will help you keep hemorrhoids away. The one thing that you should avoid if you are prone to hemorrhoids is holding your breath while you lift weights because this can sometimes cause you to strain yourself and get hemorrhoids.
