The second approach that we use consists solely of making lifestyle changes. Specifically, you will work with a healthy lifestyle coach to help you not only establish healthy habits but you remain accountable as well. Most often, patients get real results when they are held accountable to other people. By checking in daily or every few days with your coach, you can hopefully lose weight over the course of about a six month period.
